• Define the technical architecture for enterprise software solutions utilizing microservices and multi-cloud environments
• Lead the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
• Serve as the principal technical advisor to executive stakeholders and present complex technical topics
• Oversee the Engineering Review Board and ensure alignment with security, compliance, and quality standards
• Support proposal and business development activities by developing technical volumes and execution strategies

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of experience in software engineering, Dev Ops, or technical leadership
• Demonstrated experience in architecting and maintaining enterprise-grade Dev Ops solutions
• Strong technical knowledge across modern software development and cloud solutions (AWS, Azure)
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in delivering secure and scalable software solutions
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain required government security clearance

• Experience as a Chief Engineer, Chief Architect, or Dev Ops Lead for mission-critical programs
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Certifications in cloud, Dev Ops, or Agile delivery methodologies
• Familiarity with Department of Justice or federal government IT environments
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure and security automation
