• Own the onboarding process end‑to‑end for all assigned customers, ensuring smooth implementation and training
• Deliver compelling and interactive training sessions to educate customers on product usage and best practices
• Solve technical problems by diagnosing issues and providing effective solutions or workarounds
• Actively seek and incorporate customer feedback to improve training delivery and customer experience
• Track key success metrics related to onboarding, adoption, and retention to inform recommendations and adjustments

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required; a graduate degree is highly valued
• Minimum of 3 years of experience onboarding customers at a SaaS company or in a related field, such as education technology
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities for online and in‑person delivery
• Proven organizational and project management skills for managing multiple priorities and cross‑functional partnerships
• Tech‑savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and train others effectively

• Additional experience as an instructional designer, educator, faculty trainer, or technology staff
• Familiarity with local higher education systems and educational technology
• Knowledge of onboarding and customer success processes and best practices
• Experience with remote presentation software and CRM tools
• A second language is highly valued
