Lead GTM Strategy & Analytics Analyst

• Serve as the analytics partner for senior Revenue leadership, providing insights and operational visibility across various business areas
• Build and maintain dashboards and ad hoc reporting to track revenue performance
• Provide strategic recommendations and elevate actionable insights to executive stakeholders
• Partner with Revenue teams to identify and evaluate growth initiatives
• Drive proactive analytics to inform leadership decisions and action planning

• 4-6 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Revenue Operations, Business Planning, or related fields, ideally within a B2B SaaS or tech environment
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and SQL skills
• Advanced Tableau experience
• Familiarity with forecasting methodologies and compensation execution cycles
• Ability to proactively surface trends and actionable recommendations from complex datasets

• Experience producing executive-ready reporting and strategic insights for sales leadership
• Strong business acumen and the ability to connect data to operational priorities
• Collaborative mindset and comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail with a bias toward continuous improvement and scalability
