- Participate in projects related to system enhancements, integrations, and new implementations
- Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in a related field - Minimum of 2‑4 years of relevant work experience
- Required Epic certification, ideally in Epic Cupid or Epic Radiant
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Experience in a healthcare environment
- Familiarity with Epic systems beyond Cupid and Radiant
- Previous involvement in system integration projects
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in training or supporting end‑users on technology systems
