What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Investigate complex fraud cases to identify trends and actionable insights for customers
  • Utilize SQL and Python to enhance fraud capture rates while minimizing false positives
  • Apply effective questioning skills to understand customer fraud requirements across various industries
  • Deliver engaging presentations to external clients and executive audiences, translating data into compelling stories
  • Collaborate with various teams to redefine best practices and innovate solutions for fraud risks
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Experience in analyzing, identifying, or mitigating fraud within Insurance and/or Healthcare environments
  • Proven experience investigating financial crimes, including account takeover and money laundering
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Python; a numerical degree is preferred
  • Experience with fraud system management tools such as Threat Metrix or Actimize Falcon
  • Ability to work with large datasets to reveal meaningful correlations and insights
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts such as browser‑fingerprinting and device authentication
  • Experience in statistical or scorecard modeling related to credit risk or fraud detection
  • Proven ability to build executive‑level reports that communicate insights effectively
  • Strong critical thinking skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Experience in fast‑paced environments managing multiple priorities
