- Lead training sessions for end users and manage support tickets from the user community
- Design and translate functional requirements into technical specifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Liberal Arts, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience
- Certified Salesforce Administrator required
- Strong organizational, time management, and public speaking skills
Experience with project delivery tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies
- Management experience or leading a support/delivery team
- Understanding of application architecture and APIs
- Experience with Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning
- Proven track record of completing multiple application implementation projects
- Familiarity with integration platforms and enterprise service bus
