Strategic Solutions Specialist – Merchant Services - Remote

• Lead the discovery process and translate client business requirements into technical specifications and integration plans
• Partner with sales, product, and implementation teams to support pre- and post-sale technical integration efforts
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between clients and internal teams for system integration projects involving Merchant Services
• Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate resolution across internal stakeholders
• Develop and maintain documentation, integration guides, and best practices

• 4 years of experience with subject matter expertise in Merchant Services
• Proven experience managing client-facing technical projects or complex implementations
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., MBA, CPP) a plus

• Experience in technical sales support for merchant services systems and applications
• Familiarity with semi or fully integrated card-present payment systems
• Experience with commercial banking and client onboarding processes
• Familiarity with complex solutions including Gateways, VARs, APIs, Hardware, Certifications, PCI, Integrated Software Vendors (ISV), Multi-Acquirer, B2B
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and their payments integrations
