• Conduct risk analysis and support the development of a roadmap for resolving identified issues
• Provide supervision and direction to staff while offering specialized guidance on complex security challenges
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for upper management on security assessments and compliance
• Collaborate with various business units to enhance understanding of security practices and policies

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Superior verbal and written communication abilities, including presentation skills
• Working knowledge of business security practices and current security tools

• Experience with IT Risk and Controls frameworks, particularly NIST
• Familiarity with security tools such as Archer and B-wise, with an understanding of potential upgrades to Service Now GRC
• Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with senior leadership, including Directors and VPs
