• Drive the global renewal forecasting process, integrating customer health insights and predictive analytics
• Design and maintain renewal health scoring models to identify at‑risk accounts for timely intervention
• Analyze churn attribution and expansion patterns to provide actionable insights to leadership
• Collaborate with Revenue Ops and IT to implement process automations that enhance data integrity
• Create and present high‑visibility dashboards and quarterly business reviews to senior stakeholders

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Renewals, Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy & Analytics
• Advanced Salesforce (SFDC) expertise with experience in building complex reports and dashboards
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets for data modeling and trend analysis
• Strong understanding of recurring revenue metrics (GRR, NRR, Churn, and Expansion)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field

• Hands‑on experience with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Sisense for data visualizations
• Exposure to predictive analytics and statistical modeling to anticipate customer behavior
• Experience in change management, successfully implementing new tools or workflows
• Knowledge of high-growth IoT, Fleet Management, or complex Enterprise SaaS environments
