- Process suspense items in Applied Epic, ensuring accurate transaction handling
- Assist with integration support, system configuration, and download/interface management for migrations
- Manage user lifecycle tasks, including onboarding and access provisioning for P&C systems
- 1-2 years of experience in Applied Epic, CSR
24, Indio, and Applied Epic Quotes for PL strongly preferred - Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to create and maintain detailed processes, procedures, and project plans
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Related Agency Management System knowledge preferred
- Undergraduate degree preferred or 1-2 years of relevant P&C experience required
- Active P&C license in home state preferred
- Experience with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Licensing) is a plus
