• Manage the technical operations team across the full analytics and data stack
• Lead Azure ETL development, enhancements, and standardization across clients
• Own SQL database architecture, ensuring exceptional data quality and compliance with privacy requirements
• Serve as a Power BI development expert, managing configurations and deployment pipelines
• Train and guide team members on ETL processes and data quality management

• 4-year degree in Computer Science or applicable programming experience
• 10 years of experience in data and development related technologies with hands‑on experience
• Expert SQL, Power BI, and Azure skills
• US Work Authorization required

• Experience managing technical teams or mentoring junior staff
• Familiarity with data quality improvement techniques and best practices
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards
