• Design, develop, document, and analyze software systems for Engine Health Management Services
• Provide support for the ADEM (Advanced Diagnostics and Engine Monitoring) software applications
• Assist with customer setup, support, and billing for ADEM products
• Generate performance reports for management to assess engine performance globally
• Maintain airline configurations in the ADEM system based on provided information

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Technology
• GPA of 3.0 or higher
• English proficiency (read, write, speak) for effective communication
• Ability to analyze data and make appropriate recommendations
• Basic programming knowledge (Perl or Python, SQL)

• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication skills and ability to present information effectively
• Interpersonal skills to work professionally with individuals and teams
