Finance Transformations Project Manager

• Drive projects impacting ERP, Salesforce, and compensation systems, collaborating with internal and external teams
• Utilize project management practices to independently lead projects, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure accountability
• Spearhead the implementation of new software tools, including requirements gathering, testing, and reporting
• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), including script creation and results documentation
• Create reports in ERP and Salesforce to assist with team reporting needs

• 7+ years of professional work experience with 4+ years in a project management or operations role
• Familiarity with finance processes and systems, with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Experience in projects supporting Compensation teams and accounting/finance systems
• Proven track record of sound judgment, ownership, and delivering results under deadlines
• Fluent in written and verbal English

• PMP or Agile certification, or similar formal project management training
• Prior knowledge and experience in implementing Vertex and/or TMS (Treasury Management System)
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Experience with Netsuite and Salesforce
• Focus on teamwork and collaboration
