• Willingness to relocate to various locations within the U.S. or travel as required
• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods and communicate effectively via phone and email
• Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in a related field

• Knowledge of software development and programming principles
• Experience in testing activities and understanding defined processes
• Familiarity with production support and issue resolution
• Strong documentation skills and knowledge management experience
• Willingness to relocate anywhere within the U.S.
