• Architect and define the integration strategy, balancing technical scalability and commercial growth
• Collaborate with GTM and Sales teams to identify and recruit high-value integration partners
• Act as the technical face of the employer in partner discussions, articulating the value proposition of integrations
• Co-design integration flows with partners to ensure mutual value and high adoption rates
• Lead technical discovery sessions to ensure compliance and robust data synchronization across global jurisdictions

• Proven experience as a Product Manager with a strong focus on integrations, APIs, or platform ecosystems
• Ability to think commercially and understand the impact of integrations on business outcomes
• Experience in a partner-facing role with strong negotiation skills
• Deep familiarity with REST APIs, Webhooks, and authentication protocols
• Business-level proficiency in English for written and verbal communication

• Experience with global HR/Payroll tools (e.g., Workday, HiBob, Greenhouse, Netsuite)
• Strong UX sensibilities and a passion for creating low-friction user experiences
