- Minimum educational requirement:
High School Diploma or regional equivalent - Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in a field related to the role
- 5 - 11 years of experience in a relevant field
- Strong analytical skills and experience in budget management
- Proven track record in business/sales development and stakeholder management
- Additional relevant experience may substitute degree requirement
- Experience in digital transformation and technology integration
- Strong negotiation and project management skills
- Familiarity with operational strategy and process improvement
