• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
  Graduate degree preferred
• 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience
• Proven experience in leading Infrastructure & Operations in mid- or large-sized organizations
• Deep expertise in AI infrastructure, including data management and cloud solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively

• Experience with AI use cases and infrastructure requirements across various industries
• Familiarity with building TCO models and ROI analyses for large-scale AI investments
• Subject matter expertise comfortable presenting at various speaking engagements
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Demonstrated executive presence and credibility with stakeholders
