• Provide best-in-class delivery and integration services to a variety of organizations and verticals
• Act as a trusted advisor to guide customers in utilizing next generation SIEM and log management features
• Transfer knowledge of Falcon Log Scale NGSIEM to customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize Log Scale NGSIEM within customer environments
• Gather feedback from customers to influence product enhancements

• 5+ years of experience working with log management/SIEM solutions and SOAR in a consulting role
• Experience working with pre-sales teams on technical scoping and requirements gathering
• Intermediate knowledge of common Cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, and Azure
• Experience creating configuration, automation, and integration scripts using various programming languages
• Strong problem-solving, written, and oral communication skills in English

• Recent industry certifications with SANS, ISC2, Amazon, Microsoft, Google, or other organizations within the Information Security domain
• Long-term experience within a SOC performing analysis and triage of security incidents
• Applied knowledge and integration experience with a generative AI platform
