Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud - Trade Promotion Management (TPM) for the client's business unit within the US Accelerator Division, with potential expansion to additional Accelerator business units.
This role is accountable for driving successful outcomes across planning, build, rollout, adoption, and value realization for TPM capabilities, including but not limited to Target/Fund Management, Account and Volume Planning, Promotion Planning, Approval Workflows, Claims/Deductions/Settlement, and Analytics & Performance Scorecards.
The ideal candidate brings strong PMI-grounded project leadership (principles, performance domains, and Talent Triangle) combined with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Hands-on experience delivering TPM solutions at scale for CPG / Consumer Goods organizations is highly desirable.
Core Responsibilities
1. Own and maintain end-to-end project plans, ensuring clear task ownership, dependencies, decision points, escalation paths, contingency plans, change management strategies, and KPI definitions.
2. Drive cross-functional alignment across Salesforce products and other teams by facilitating structured decision-making forums and clarifying priorities, trade-offs, and impacts.
3. Proactively identify, assess, and escalate risks and issues through established PMO governance to enable timely resolution and minimize downstream impact.
4. Execute with excellence by maintaining accurate timelines, clarifying responsibilities, tracking KPIs, monitoring progress, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with effective stakeholder communication.
5. Lead and manage all required stage-gate reviews, ensuring readiness, approval, and alignment at each phase.
6. Champion PMI principles-including value delivery, systems thinking, quality, adaptability, and outcomes-focused execution.
7. Partner with Organizational Change Management (OCM) leadership to support change management and adoption, including role-based training, supervisor and field coaching, dashboards, and feedback loops to improve cycle time and data quality.

Qualifications (Required)
1. 5-8+ years of experience managing complex, enterprise-scale projects, including multi-market or multi-region rollouts.
2. Demonstrated mastery of PMI performance domains (Stakeholders, Team, Development Approach & Life Cycle, Planning, Project Work, Delivery, Measurement, and Uncertainty) and PMI principles (value, systems thinking, quality, adaptability).
3. Proven experience with agile and hybrid delivery models, including release planning.
4. Exceptional power skills, including:
- Strong collaboration and leadership across business and Digital Technology teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Clear, concise, and compelling written and verbal communication.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a bias for action in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $95.00/hr.
