Remote Senior DevOps Engineer

In this role, you will significantly contribute to designing, building, and operating a reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient infrastructure. Your expertise in CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and cost management will enhance the productivity and visibility of our development team.

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, test, and deployment workflows.
• Partner with engineering teams to streamline release processes and improve deployment reliability.
• Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system health and performance.
• Define and maintain cost monitoring and alerting strategies to optimize cloud spend and prevent unexpected usage.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Troubleshoot production issues and lead root cause analysis efforts.
• Establish Dev Ops best practices around reliability, security, and operational excellence.
• Continuously evaluate tools and processes to improve scalability, availability, and efficiency.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a strong Dev Ops culture.

• 7+ years of experience in Dev Ops, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong hands‑on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops, etc.).
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Cloud Watch, New Relic).
• Proven experience implementing cost alerts and cost optimization strategies in cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Cloud Formation, ARM, etc.).
• Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong scripting and automation skills (Bash, Python, or similar).
