- Manage and refine the Salesforce Regression Test Suite using TOSCA to adapt to new integration patterns
- Mentor less experienced engineers and promote best practices within the team
- Identify and implement test automation best practices to enhance daily automation activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software development issues
- Coordinate test runs and manage defect reporting and resolution processes
- Minimum of four years of experience with test optimization and automation processes and tools
- Strong analytical and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to problem‑solve and set priorities
- Experience in testing for agile teams, including planning, test plan creation, maintenance, and execution
- Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of insurance or financial services industry is a plus
- Holds TOSCA I & TOSCA II certification
- Experience with secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Familiarity with quality engineering tools for test data management, automation, and performance testing
