Position: Senior OpenPages Configuration Engineer (Remote)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Remote Senior Open Pages Configuration Engineer to support an in-flight Open Pages implementation currently in the solution decision phase across multiple modules. This role focuses on converting approved solution decisions into executable configuration deliverables using out-of-the-box Open Pages functionality, with a strong emphasis on avoiding customization. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, independent engineer with deep Open Pages configuration experience who can own build execution and ensure solutions meet customer requirements while remaining sustainable.

Implementation Focus - Configuration delivery will follow this sequence:

* Operational Risk Management (ORM) - immediate priority

* Risk & Control Management (RCM) - next phase

* Model Risk Governance (MRG) or Business Continuity Management (BCM) - subsequent phase

Key Responsibilities:

* Translate solution decision documents into clear, build-ready configuration tasks

* Convert solution designs into configuration projects and deployment-ready artifacts

* Deliver solutions using out-of-the-box Open Pages capabilities whenever possible;
Avoid custom development unless formally approved

* Support configuration migration and promotion across environments

* Create and maintain configuration documentation and decision traceability

* Work independently while collaborating with solution leads, business analysts, and stakeholders

* Support testing and resolve configuration-related defects

Configure Open Pages components including:

* Object models and relationships

* Fields, views, questionnaires, and calculations

* Workflows and workflow behaviors

* Roles, groups, and security/access controls

REQUIREMENTS:

* Senior-level, hands-on experience configuring IBM Open Pages

* Strong knowledge of Open Pages configuration concepts (workflows, object models, security, questionnaires, calculations)

* Experience with Operational Risk Management and exposure to RCM, MRG, or BCM modules

* Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of configuration delivery

* Strong documentation, analytical, and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with configuration migration and deployment activities

* Familiarity with Open Pages implementation tools and utilities

* Experience on large, multi-module Open Pages implementations

* Open Pages certification or formal training

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
