• Provide consulting leadership to customers in the manufacturing industry using your expertise in ERP, MES, Materials Management, Supply Chain, Accounting, or Quality
• Deliver a range of services including new implementations, solution optimization, and product expansion projects
• Engage in customer kick-off meetings to set project expectations, deliverables, and training timelines
• Monitor project plans and implementation timelines to ensure successful delivery
• Gather and create accurate software configuration requirements to meet customer business needs

• Bachelor's degree
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visas
• Strong background in the manufacturing industry and operations
• Experience in implementing ERP/MES systems
• Proven ability to manage customer support requests from creation to completion

• 2+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft SQL in a professional environment
• Familiarity with PLC programming and experience with Plex Mach2
• Knowledge of Niagara or Kepware
• Prior experience with Boomi integration software
• Experience configuring software to meet specific customer requirements
