GuidePoint Security is growing! Our IAM team is hiring an Architect with Entra  to join our permanent team. This is a fully remote role.

• Responsible for implementation and enhancement of Entra
• Gather and document technical requirements and design
• Act as subject matter expert for client discussions

• Hands‑on experience with designing, architecting & building IAM solutions involving Entra .
• Experience with common connectors including Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, JDBC, Exchange, Okta, Oracle, Workday, and other authoritative source integrations.
• Experience with Power Shell, Graph, KQL, etc.
• Experience with designing, implementing, and optimizing conditional access policies.
• Experience with MFA authentication options inside Entra , as well as integrations with other platforms such as Duo, Okta, Ping, etc.
• Experience with identity life‑cycle management, including joiner, mover, leaver.
• Experience with identity resource access provisioning and management.
• Experience with configuring user access certification campaigns.
• Experience with configuring RBAC, privileged accounts, roles, JIT, JEA, etc.
• Experience with designing, implementing, GPO migrations, related to Intune.
• Experience with authentication protocols like OAuth, OIDC, SAML, etc.
• Strong verbal and written skills to develop technical documentation and presentations.
• Experience in leading technical discussions related to IGA with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Access to vendor supplied training as well as paid vendor certifications.
• Opportunity to learn additional IAM security tools.

• Remote workforce primarily (U.S. based only); some travel may be required for certain positions; working on‑site may be required for Federal positions.
• Group Medical Insurance options:
  Zero Deductible PPO Plan (GuidePoint pays 90% of the premium for employees and 70% for family plans (spouse/children/family)) or High Deductible Health Plan with HSA (GuidePoint pays 100% of the employee’s premiums and 75% for family plans). If you choose the High Deductible/HSA plan, GPS will contribute in 4 equal quarterly installments ($850 per EE annually / $1,750 per family annually).
