As a Dev Ops leader, you will be responsible for building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, strengthening cloud infrastructure, and ensuring seamless collaboration between development and operations teams. You will play a key role in defining Dev Ops best practices, improving deployment velocity, enhancing system reliability, and reducing operational overhead through automation. This position requires a hands‑on professional who thrives in high-ownership environments and enjoys solving infrastructure and scaling challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to enable automated and reliable deployments
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using modern tools and frameworks
- Manage containerized environments using Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and fault tolerance across systems
- Monitor system performance, reliability, and security using observability tools
- Automate repetitive operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce risk
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline release cycles and improve deployment strategies
- Strengthen system security through best practices in access control, network security, and compliance
- Troubleshoot production issues and lead root cause analysis efforts
- Continuously improve Dev Ops processes, tools, and governance standards
- 6+ years of hands‑on experience in Dev Ops or Site Reliability Engineering
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Proven experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, or similar
- Deep understanding of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Cloud Formation
- Solid experience with containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar
- Experience implementing security best practices in cloud‑native environments
- Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages
- Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team environment
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive ownership mindset
