What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Provide high-quality support to clients, ensuring contractual obligations are met and high customer satisfaction is maintained
• Implement new customers from start to finish, including needs analysis, testing, and training
• Prepare and update training documentation and user guides as needed
• Troubleshoot software and implementation issues, providing timely resolutions via various communication channels
• Participate in project planning and development of proposals and statements of work

What is Required (Qualifications):

• CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant) designation
• Minimum 5 years of financial processing experience with an understanding of business processes and reporting requirements
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and experience using SQL or similar data modeling
• Superior oral, written, and presentation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Previous experience with finance systems, reporting, and workflows within the healthcare industry
• Experience or understanding of ERP systems
• Knowledge of dashboard reporting
• Familiarity with software concepts, interfaces, and technology
• Experience with user acceptance testing
