Lead Geographic Information System Consultant; Remote

The consultant will design and implement a GIS mechanism while adhering to international standards. • Conduct an inventory and evaluate GIS resources available across government institutions.
• Design an integration mechanism for existing GIS resources and satellite data.
• Design protocols for incorporating drone data and infrared sensors.

• Provide recommendations to optimize ArcGIS usage and performance.
• Engage stakeholders and coordinate activities with governmental entities.

• Advanced degree in geography, geospatial sciences, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in GIS design and implementation.
• Experience with GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS) and satellite data integration.
• Familiarity with spatial databases and interoperability standards.
• Strong writing skills for technical documentation and reports.
• Knowledge of agricultural or environmental projects is desirable.
