We are seeking a talented Advanced Analytics Contractor to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage data analytics and insights to drive strategic decision‑making.

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to extract actionable insights that inform business strategies.
• Design and maintain a suite of self‑service dashboards for various stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align strategies and leverage complementary skills.
• Project future business opportunities and maintain a long‑term roadmap of initiatives.
• Lead initiatives that ensure optimal supply of hosts in key locations.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in data analytics and measurement.
• High proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
• Strong background in advanced analytics or business data science.
• Exceptional business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.

• Experience in a marketplace or business strategy setting.
• Familiarity with experimentation methodologies such as A/B testing.
• Ability to influence and advocate for data‑driven decisions across teams.
• Positive and collaborative approach to problem‑solving.
