• Define the multi-year security roadmap for U.S. Public Sector expansion
• Align technical initiatives with NIST 800-53 and CNSSI 1253 controls for compliance
• Drive the implementation of IL5 environment and coordinate across multiple teams
• Lead the Assessment and Authorization (A&A) lifecycle for federal compliance
• Develop readiness plans for FedRAMP High and manage technical gap analyses

• Must be a U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, or U.S. Person
• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, with a minimum of 5 years in security or compliance programs
• Familiarity with NIST 800-53 security controls and the Risk Management Framework (RMF)
• Proven track record of delivering major authorizations (e.g., FedRAMP Medium/High or DoD IL4/5)
• Experience with cloud-native architecture and identity management standards

• Direct experience with CNSSI 1253 and federal cloud SRG requirements
• Active Secret or Top Secret clearance
• Experience with Gov Cloud or air-gapped environments
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or AWS/Azure/GCP Security Specialty
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field
