• Provide active user support to internal employees for issues related to technology platforms
• Investigate root causes of reported issues and troubleshoot or collaborate with engineering teams for resolution
• Develop and maintain documentation about features to support the Application Support team
• Share knowledge with the Application Support team regarding feature launches and known issues
• Track and analyze ticket trends, reporting insights to engineering and product teams for improvements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer support or user support roles, with a focus on software support
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a commitment to uncovering root causes of problems
• Comfortable with technical concepts and terminology related to software engineering
• Ability to empathize with users and provide a supportive experience during urgent issues
• Excellent written communication skills for clear and effective information sharing

• Proficiency in SQL is a plus but not required
• Experience with ticket management systems or similar tools
