• Collaborate with the Innovation team to ideate and evaluate technology solutions that support the Humanitarian Services and Fundraising mission
• Document business cases to initiate technology and AI projects
• Drive rapid experimentation by translating ideas into user stories, UX mockups, and functional prototypes
• Partner with engineers and stakeholders to advance prototypes from concept to working demos
• Write product requirements and user stories, prioritizing based on value and technical feasibility

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Technical Product Management or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Recent coding experience required, ideally with HTML, CSS, and an object-oriented programming language (e.g., Python/Java/C#/C++)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on user-centered design principles
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype solutions based on stakeholder/user feedback

• Experience working with APIs and reading technical documentation; familiarity with LLMs is a plus
• Knowledge of generative AI product concepts and workflows
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and decision-making support
