• Own enterprise capabilities within Programming Standards and Technology from concept to global rollout, including defining roadmap and implementation strategy
• Implement the employer's open-source strategy for clinical and statistical programming, leading process and training for technology adoption
• Drive execution of project-based initiatives and operational goals, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices
• Collaborate with the Programming Leadership Team and standards governance forums to identify priorities and monitor adoption of capabilities
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to subject matter experts while resolving complex programming challenges

• 10+ years of relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech Industry
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in statistics, biostatistics, computer science, or a related field
• Skilled statistical programmer with strong knowledge of CDISC data models and efficient coding practices
• Advanced R programming skills; familiarity with Pharmaverse and Python experience is a plus
• Practical knowledge of open-source package validation and reproducible environment strategies

• Active participation in industry organizations, including contributions to working groups or standards discussions
• Experience leading the development of dynamic, reusable code
• Practical experience applying SDLC to the development and validation of standard code and/or business applications
