OIPA Configuration Specialist

• Configure rules, calculations, and system logic within OIPA
• Build test tools and validate product calculations
• Analyze data and system behavior to identify improvements or defects
• Assist in projection/valuation processes and financial/actuarial reporting workflows
• Partner with business and technology professionals to build dashboards and ensure integration points are supported

• Degree in Computer Science, Math, Actuarial Science, or related field
• Minimum of 4 years in systems, ETL, data, or configuration-heavy roles
• Familiarity with XML, SQL, VBA/Excel, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of actuarial concepts, calculations, and business acumen
• Experience in Oracle Insurance Policy Administration (OIPA) configuration is strongly preferred

• Actuarial exams are welcomed, but active exam study programs should not align with this role
• Experience in financial or insurance sectors
• Creative problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities
• Strong communication and priority-setting skills
• Ambition to move into higher complexity configuration, actuarial tech, IT architecture, or product strategy roles
