• Lead solutioning and engineering efforts within the Digital Assistants space as a Tech Lead
• Mentor and train team members on design techniques, tools, and coding standards
• Apply secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Drive cross-collaboration and execution of projects across multiple teams
• Champion the use of Dev Sec Ops  practices, tooling, and techniques

• Minimum of six years of experience in programming and systems analysis
• Three years of experience in project management preferred
• Strong API integration background with extensive experience in API development
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Type Script, JavaScript, Python, and Node.js
• Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, mathematics, or related field preferred

• Hands-on technical leadership experience leading project teams and setting technical direction
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and proven ability to tackle sophisticated business and development problems
• Insurance or financial services industry knowledge
