• Lead, manage, and monitor multiple complex projects from a Sales to Implementation perspective, ensuring effective communication throughout
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and alignment
• Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, and risk logs to mitigate risks impacting project success
• Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators
• Conduct post-project evaluations and provide ongoing support for continued effectiveness and efficiency

• Experience in health information systems, technology, or equivalent
• Proven experience with project management tools preferred
• Proficient knowledge of project planning tools such as Microsoft Visio, Project, Planner, Teams, Miro, Confluence
• Strong organization, project planning, time management, and communication skills across multiple functional groups
• Experience in troubleshooting and coordinating resources for complex project issues

• Experience in managing project delivery, including accurate project planning and resource management
• Demonstrated interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills applicable to senior leadership and customers
• Familiarity with agile working environments and managing multiple projects simultaneously
