• Support the full digital software development cycle, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and delivery of user-facing systems
• Conduct interviews and analyze business processes to gather requirements from stakeholders
• Document requirements using various methods, including user stories and workflow diagrams
• Facilitate team meetings to refine and prioritize requirements and gather user feedback
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and Agile teams to enhance internal processes and systems

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Must be able to pass any required background check(s)
• Must be a U.S. citizen, reside in the U.S., and be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong analytical skills, especially in business process analysis
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail

• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Word)
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence or similar applications for Agile software delivery
• Scrum Master/Agile certification or training
• Familiarity with diagramming tools like Microsoft Visio or Mural
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
