- Define, develop, and execute the localization strategy in alignment with company objectives
- Advocate for global users by ensuring high-quality localization standards and linguistic validation
- Maintain documentation for product developments and manage language assets
- Oversee vendor evaluations and manage third-party localization vendor quality
- Collaborate across teams to facilitate data-driven change management and process improvement
- 8+ years of experience in program, project management, and/or localization
- Proven experience in crafting localization strategies and leading cross-functional initiatives
- Experience in managing localization and linguistics vendors for high-quality deliveryi>
- Mastery of Translation Management Systems (TMS) and Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) tools
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Understanding of internationalization (i18n) and globalization (g11n) standards
- Experience applying AI tools or machine translation to improve localization workflows
- Familiarity with Agile development workflows such as Scrum or Kanban
- Experience with localization programs in the EdTech industry
- Master’s degree in Localization, Linguistics, International Studies, Computer Science, or related field
