Senior Program Manager, Localization; Remote

• Define, develop, and execute the localization strategy in alignment with company objectives
• Advocate for global users by ensuring high-quality localization standards and linguistic validation
• Maintain documentation for product developments and manage language assets
• Oversee vendor evaluations and manage third-party localization vendor quality
• Collaborate across teams to facilitate data-driven change management and process improvement

• 8+ years of experience in program, project management, and/or localization
• Proven experience in crafting localization strategies and leading cross-functional initiatives
• Experience in managing localization and linguistics vendors for high-quality deliveryi>
• Mastery of Translation Management Systems (TMS) and Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) tools
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to influence stakeholders

• Understanding of internationalization (i18n) and globalization (g11n) standards
• Experience applying AI tools or machine translation to improve localization workflows
• Familiarity with Agile development workflows such as Scrum or Kanban
• Experience with localization programs in the EdTech industry
• Master’s degree in Localization, Linguistics, International Studies, Computer Science, or related field
