Implementation Specialist, Nursing Health Education; Remote

• Lead, manage, and monitor multiple complex projects from Sales to Implementation, ensuring effective communication until project completion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and execute projects successfully
• Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators
• Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, and risk logs to mitigate risks impacting project success
• Conduct post-project evaluations and provide ongoing support for effectiveness and efficiency

• Experience in health information systems, technology, or equivalent
• Proven experience with project management tools
• Proficient knowledge of project planning tools such as Microsoft Visio, Project, Planner, and Teams, Miro, Confluence
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication management skills across multiple functional groups and departments
• Ability to demonstrate interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills applicable to a wide audience including senior leadership and customers

• Experience in project delivery, including accurate project planning and managing resources effectively
• Background in supporting teams to identify and coordinate resources for troubleshooting complex project issues
• Familiarity with agile working environments
