** Responsibilities:
*** Review, triage, and remediate Production Support incidents and requests (Service Now) in alignment with established service-level agreements (SLAs) and industry best practices.
* Oversee and execute critical match and merge processes within the designated toolset to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
* Partner closely with Data Quality and Data Governance teams to align on standards, controls, and remediation strategies.
* Advise and collaborate with Engineering teams to resolve complex data-related issues, including but not limited to data mappings, automotive logic and conditional rules, and code enhancements.
* Execute and maintain Data Quality (DQ) reporting to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
* Develop and communicate future-state roadmaps, including strategic recommendations for migration to a new Master Data Management (MDM) platform.
** Requirements:
*** Four or more years of experience in Data Strategy, Data Management, or a related discipline.
* Bachelor’s degree preferred.  If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10
