• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent work experience;
  High school diploma or GED required
• 8 years of experience in IT-related roles with exposure to diverse technologies and applications
• 5 years of leadership and people management experience
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly

• Experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), healthcare, or regulated industries
• Proven experience with executive-level collaboration and board advisory
• Background in leading enterprise IT transformations in global or remote environments
• Advanced certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or ITIL
