• Own the roadmap for data platform capabilities from discovery through launch, defining success metrics and priorities
• Build empathy with internal customers to ensure platforms are intuitive and reliable
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams to shape solutions and establish platform standards
• Drive usage and adoption of data platform capabilities through effective rollout strategies and documentation
• Measure and communicate impact using relevant metrics to prioritize improvements

• 5+ years of product management experience, particularly with internal platforms or data products
• Strong technical fluency with data platforms, event‑driven systems, APIs, and platform architecture concepts
• Proven ability to define and evolve platform strategy based on long‑term customer needs
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex products in fast‑changing environments
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for diverse audiences

• Experience in a highly collaborative environment with cross‑functional teams
• Background in data science or AI-related projects
• Familiarity with driving adoption and change through metrics and feedback
• Transferable skills from non‑traditional backgrounds are encouraged
