• Build and maintain post-sales relationships with large and complex customers in North America
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring successful implementations of Postgres technology
• Assist customers in developing and deploying Postgres proliferation strategies
• Provide technical leadership for major Postgres initiatives, including solutions consulting and architecture guidance
• Manage customer escalations and coordinate with technical support for timely resolutions

• Minimum of eight (8) years of hands-on experience with Postgres, Oracle, DB2, or MS SQL Server
• Advanced technical skills in data management platforms, operating systems, and cloud technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with CxO level personnel
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent technical training
• Completion of the EDB Postgres Professional Certification within 6 months of hire

• Professional certifications in relational databases
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Knowledge of data analytics and AI/ML concepts
• Strong analytical skills regarding technical and project management issues
• Well-developed organizational skills to manage competing client demands
