• Create innovative and thought-provoking insights in talent management technology
• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends and provide actionable advice to clients
• Develop and deliver high-value presentation materials for various industry events and client briefings
• Mentor and coach junior team members while collaborating effectively with peers
• Engage with clients through virtual and in-person meetings to address their challenges and provide solutions

• 10+ years of relevant field or industry experience in strategic planning and implementation of talent management technology
• Strong knowledge of talent and leadership identification, employee listening, and performance management
• Proven experience advising and collaborating with CHROs and their peers
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree preferred
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong analytical abilities How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
