As Principal Architect, AI Platform
, you will play a central role in this evolution by shaping our technical direction and development approach. This is a hands‑on role focused on designing and building modern AI‑enabled platform and capabilities. You will help drive the adoption of new AI‑assisted tools and workflows that improve speed, quality, and impact.

• Define and own a modern platform foundation that supports rapid prototyping, software delivery, and reliable operation of new products. Capabilities include security, scalability, and integration with the existing Salesforce environment.
• Design and build new AI‑enabled client‑facing offerings in collaboration with clients, Product organisation and other company stakeholders.
• Lead the evolution of product development practices
  , introducing AI‑assisted tools and workflows that improve development speed, quality, and iteration while maintaining appropriate governance.
• Guide the integration of modern web and AI technologies with legacy platforms
  , ensuring continuity for clients while enabling incremental adoption of new capabilities.
• Act as a hands‑on technical leader
  , working closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate strategy into executable technical solutions.

Europe or India (remote possible)

• Proven experience as a senior, hands‑on architect or engineer, owning the design and delivery of modern AI‑enabled web platforms from concept through production.
• Strong background in modern, AI‑assisted software development, including experience using AI tools to accelerate development while maintaining high standards for security, quality, and maintainability.
• Demonstrated experience evolving or modernising legacy systems, including running capabilities across multiple platforms during phased transitions. Experience with Salesforce Platform is a plus.
• Track record of shaping or improving product development processes, enabling faster iteration, clearer decision‑making, and closer collaboration between product and engineering.
• Ability to operate across architecture and delivery
