Job Description

As the Senior Associate, Technology & Automation (Global Mobility), you will support the development, deployment, and continuous enhancement of digital tools and workflow automations across the APAC region. In this role, you will collaborate closely with global service delivery teams, IT, and business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, streamline operations, and deliver scalable tech solutions that drive efficiency and business impact.

You will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing solutions, and supporting implementation using a variety of technologies such as low‑code/no‑code platforms, RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate), data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and internal digital platforms.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail‑oriented, and highly collaborative, with a passion for using technology to improve business efficiency. You are comfortable working in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment and are eager to continuously learn, adapt, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation using RPA tools (Microsoft Power Automate / UiPath)
  • Create dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders using data visualization tools (Power BI)
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Assist in maintaining data accuracy, integrity, and security across platforms
  • Participate in testing, documentation, and user training for new tools or enhancements
  • Work in alignment with global standards and technology teams
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a technology or process automation role
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (especially Power Automate and Power BI)
  • Experience or familiarity with RPA tools (Microsoft Power Automate or UiPath)
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Good understanding of data structures and process flows
  • Ability to create clear, insightful dashboards and visualizations
  • Team‑oriented with a positive, can‑do attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
Additional Skills & Experience
  • Experience in professional services or corporate operations environments
  • Familiarity with global mobility, immigration, or tax processes is advantageous
  • Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, VBA, JavaScript) is beneficial
