- Drive end-to-end program delivery, from estimation and business case approval through execution and product launch
- Partner with Technology and Product leadership to align technical strategy with business priorities
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on delivery risk and execution strategy
- Champion agile and modern delivery practices while enhancing program management frameworks
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a Technical Program Management (TPM) role
- At least 7 years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technology programs
- Proven ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across senior stakeholders
- Experience working in highly regulated environments such as financial services or healthcare
- MBA degree is a plus
- Top-tier management consulting industry background preferred
- Financial industry experience preferred
- 5+ years of experience with Agile methodologies
- Proficiency with key MS products (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and project tracking software (e.g., JIRA)
