- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud and Field Service
- Develop custom functionality using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), and optimize queries using SOQL/SOSL
- Lead and support integrations with external systems using middleware platforms such as Dell Boomi or Mule Soft
- Participate in Dev Ops processes including version control, CI/CD pipeline management, and deployment activities using Azure Dev Ops, Git, or Jenkins
- Troubleshoot production issues, provide enhancements, and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- 7+ years of Salesforce Development experience
- 7+ years of experience using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), SOQL/SOSL
- 5+ years of experience implementing Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service solutions in enterprise environments
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce integrations and middleware platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- Experience working in enterprise-level Salesforce implementations and multi‑org environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work independently
- Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist
