• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10 years of experience in Architecture Domain.
• Expertise in domain-related architecture frameworks, methods, and tools.
• Ability to manage cross-domain architecture solutions and issues.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication (written and verbal), and collaboration skills.
• Ability to motivate, influence, coach, delegate, and develop architects and engineers.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to develop high-quality solutions.

• 10 years of experience in Architecture Domain.
• Experience leading architecture strategy, standards, and guideline development.
• Experience conducting vendor evaluations and participating in RFI/RFP processes.
• Experience aligning architecture processes with SDLC disciplines.

• Lead preparation of domain architecture viewpoints and models depicting current, target, and interim states.
• Identify and analyze pain points and opportunities using current state viewpoints.
• Perform advanced modeling and analysis to address system, information, functional and non-functional, performance, and security or regulatory requirements.
• Create and apply architecture patterns aligned with IT strategies and reference architectures.
• Ensure alignment and integration across architecture domains and traceability to business needs and solution building blocks.
• Extend and enhance domain architecture strategies, standards, and reusable patterns.
• Lead design, engineering, and implementation of internal solution assets to improve quality.
• Conduct peer reviews and represent the architecture domain in Architecture Review Board briefings.
• Maintain architecture repository artifacts ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Address stakeholder feedback and ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to evaluate and select solutions aligned with domain strategies.
• Research emerging domain trends and assess organizational relevance.
• Lead vendor evaluations and selection processes, including participation in proposal evaluations.
• Develop and enhance architecture domain methods, tools, and communications materials.
• Conduct architecture impact assessments for complex projects and support annual planning and resource estimation.
• Provide input to technology roadmaps and deliver regular reporting on architecture progress, issues, and opportunities.

• Advanced degree.
• Certified System Architect certification preferred upon hire.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
