Genpact LLC seeks Senior Principal Consultant–Site Reliability Eng/Dev Ops Lead (multiple positions) in Danville, IL to be responsible Exercising independent judgment and discretion in overall project execution by prioritizing, planning, help tracking project progress and reporting to project lead/stakeholders. Involving in strategic plans to accomplish technical as well as business objectives with leadership chain, team and with customers. Contributing to your practice/BU by documenting your learnings from the current work to produce an artifact such as an internal Wiki, a blog or a best practices document.

Team building activities like induction programs and work with mentors and lead to drive the team towards career excellence and productivity. Actively participating in BU/Practice level activities and events related to learning, formal training, interviewing, special projects, POC etc. Conduct defect triage calls with onshore counterparts. Working with all stake holders to ensure that the Project requirements are reviewed and agreed upon.

Generating crisp and easily understandable Daily Status, Weekly status and Sprint Level Status Reports for internal and external stakeholders. Finding and requesting for behavioral, functional, non-functional training needs for self and the team. Coordinate activities which enforce Development improvements, CI and CD. Awareness to all the stake holders for the various risks. Participate in several Development and Operations processes continuously.

Contribute to data points on regular basis.

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in an Engineering (all), Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field and 5 years of progressively responsible post
- Bachelor’s degree experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Foreign degree equivalents are acceptable. Position headquartered in Danville, IL with placement at project sites nationally within the United States with no additional travel required. $99,237 to $104,198 per year.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $99,237 to $104,198. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of
