Business Application Manager (m/f/d), 100%

Organization:
You report directly to the Head of ICT and are responsible for the operation, further development, and optimization of our business applications. Acting as the interface between IT and business departments, you ensure that systems optimally support our business processes.

• Operation, support, and further development of business applications
• Analysis of business requirements and translation into IT solutions
• Management of application and IT projects, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Coordination of IT teams, business departments, and external partners
• Ensuring system stability, performance, and compliance
• Organization of upgrades, changes, and optimizations
• Training and supporting users and promoting system adoption
• Leading and developing Application Specialists

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
• At least 5 years of experience in application management, ideally in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with ERP (e.g., D365 FO), MES, CRM, DWH, and Power BI
• Good knowledge of business processes (sales, production, logistics, finance)
• Experience in project and change management
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
• Very good German and English skills;
  Italian is an advantage
